• Simmons BR Recharge Buy & Win Draw consist of a Grand Prize, Runner-up Prize and 2nd Runner-up Prize.

• All prizes are excluding of Airport Tax & Fuel Surcharges, and any visa application fee.
   

• Winners are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documentation including, without limitation, passports and visas for himself/herself and any companion. Insurance, including travel insurance, is not included in any of the Prize, and Winners are strongly advised to take out insurance cover for all appropriate risks. All other expenses (including, without limitation, taxes, fees, gratuities and other expenses) incurred are at the sole expense of the winner and his/her companion. Simmons(S.E.A) and/or Dynasty Travel International Pte Ltd are not responsible for any consequences, including but not limited to costs incurred, if the Winner’s and/or his/her companion is unable to travel overseas whether by reason of their failure to obtain the necessary visa or otherwise.
   

• Simmons BR Recharge Buy & Win Draw is opened to all Simmons Gallery, department stores and authorized dealers’ shops/stores that sell or promote Simmons products.
   

• Simmons BR Recharge Buy & Win Draw is only opened to shoppers with local delivery address.
   

• Simmons BR Recharge Buy & Win Draw is valid from Friday, 30th September 2016 to Sunday, 25th December 2016.
   

• To qualify for Simmons BR Recharge Buy & Win Draw, customers must make purchases from Friday, 30th September 2016 to Sunday, 25th December 2016, and take delivery latest by Saturday, 31st December 2016.

 

• For every one Simmons Beautyrest Recharge mattress purchased in any Simmons’ participating stores, the customer is entitled to two entries submission for the Simmons BR Recharge Buy & Win Draw. Therefore, there will be four entry submissions should a customer purchase two Simmons Beautyrest Recharge mattresses.
   

• For any other one Simmons mattress purchased in any Simmons’ participating stores, the customer is entitled to an entry submission for the Simmons BR Recharge Buy & Win Draw. Therefore, there will be five entry submissions should a customer purchase five Simmons mattresses.
   

• Simmons BR Recharge Buy & Win Draw will be conducted on Friday, 6th January 2017 at Simmons (S.E.A) office located at 100 Beach Road, #14-07 Shaw Tower Singapore 189702.
   

• The winners of Simmons BR Recharge Buy & Win Draw will be notified by SMS, phone, and/or post. Winners shall ensure that they remain contactable at all times. If Simmons (S.E.A) fails to contact any winner for any reason whatsoever, it shall at its discretion select another winner in accordance with the Lucky Draw mechanism.
   

• Winners of Simmons BR Recharge Buy & Win Draw will be required to submit personally the following verification documents to be eligible to collect any prizes: Sales Order or Delivery Order from the relevant Simmons’ participating stores in Singapore. The award of prizes shall be subject to verification to the full satisfaction of Simmons (S.E.A).
   

• Prizes won are not transferable, or exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Winners are responsible for collecting in person any prizes won. Winners will be advised of the date(s), time(s) and venue(s) for the collection of prizes separately.
   

• Where prizes contain a specified validity period during which it should be utilized, no requests for extensions or replacements whatsoever will be entertained. Prizes which remain unclaimed by any participant by 20th January 2017, 2 weeks after the announcement of the winners, shall be conclusively forfeited by such participant, and such forfeited prize shall be dealt with at Simmons (S.E.A) discretion in accordance with applicable laws.

 

• Cash Prizes must be claimed by Friday, 20th January 2017, failing which the cash prize money will be donated to an approved charitable or arts organization. 
   

• Any trademarks, graphic symbols, logos or intellectual property contained in any materials used in connection with this Lucky Draw, in particular of which relating to the Simmons BR Recharge Buy & Win Draw prizes, are the properties of the respective owners. Any dispute about the quality, merchantability, and fitness and purposes of the goods and services must be resolved directly with the manufacturer/service provider.
   

• Simmons reserves the right to change the terms and conditions and its decision is final.

 

 

 

General Terms & Conditions

 

• By entering into this Lucky Draw, each participant agrees that Simmons (S.E.A), its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotions agencies, and their respective officers, directors, and employees (the “Relevant Organisers”) shall not be liable for injury, loss, claims or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with participating in this draw/Lucky Draw, the participants’ acts omissions or negligence, and/or from the acceptance or use/misuse of the prize awarded. Each participant agrees to waive and release the Relevant Organisers from the above-mentioned claims and liabilities. This includes, without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy, to the extent not prohibited by applicable written laws.
   

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, each participant and anyone entitled or agreed to act on his/her behalf, agrees to indemnify each of the Relevant Organisers from any losses, damages, costs, expenses, claims or liabilities of any kind arising in connection with my participation in the Lucky Draw, to the extent not prohibited by applicable laws.
   

• By participating in the Lucky Draw, participants hereby opt-in, and agree and authorize, Simmons (S.E.A), to use at its discretion, without further compensation to the participants, any of their names, addresses, personal details, photographs, videotapes or any likeness of them for packaging, promotional, advertising, marketing and/or publicity purposes (where not prohibited by written law), and to the use of statements or any creative content made by or attributed to winners of this Lucky Draw, and any rights in connection therewith.
   

• Simmons (S.E.A) may at its sole discretion modify these terms and conditions make prize substitutions or cancel this Lucky Draw without prior notice to any person. Any prizes won or accepted shall be given out on an “as it is” basis and are not exchangeable or returnable, and Simmons (S.E.A) expressly disclaims any warranties express or implied in connection with any prizes to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws. The prizes may be subject to additional terms and conditions, and the participant agrees to comply with all terms and conditions applicable to the prizes.
   

• Simmons (S.E.A) is not responsible or liable for delayed, lost, stolen, incomplete, late or misdirected entries and submissions caused by any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to service delays, interruptions, failures or overloads, telephone lines, and/or postal/internet services.
   

• Subject to any government approval which may be required, Simmons (S.E.A) reserves the right, without prior notice and at any time to terminate or cancel the Lucky Draw, in whole or in part, or modify the Lucky Draw in any way, without liability to any person. If any part of the Rules is held to be unenforceable or illegal, such illegal or unenforceable part shall be severed from the Rules without affecting the validity of the remaining Rules.
   

• This Lucky Draw and the Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Singapore law and each participant agrees to submit any claim, dispute or controversy to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Singapore.
